Privacy policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

eazymeet (“we”) is a scheduling app: you connect your Google account, share a booking link, and guests book meetings in your free time. This policy explains what data we use and why.

Google user data we access

When you sign in with Google we request:

We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts or files.

How we use it

eazymeet’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Guests

When you book a meeting, the name, email address, time zone and message you enter are stored with the booking and added to the calendar invitation, so the host can meet you. They are not used for anything else.

Emails we send

The host receives a short notification about new and cancelled bookings, sent through our email provider (SMTP2GO). Invitations to guests are sent by Google Calendar.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is connected. Disconnect an account in Settings to stop access and remove its calendar copy, or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your account and all its data, email us — we do it within 30 days. Backups expire within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored on servers in the EU (Hetzner, Helsinki, Finland), with encrypted tokens and access limited to the operator.
